Overview
Apart Hotel Kopaonik is located in Brzeće, a mountain settlement on the eastern approach to Kopaonik. The building accommodates guests in an area associated with the mountain’s lower ski access, village roads and the forests climbing towards the higher slopes. The hotel has an established presence in Brzeće, with rooms and apartment accommodation and a restaurant connected with the property. The surrounding landscape looks different from the central plateau of Kopaonik: roads follow the valley and the slopes rise steeply above the houses. Brzeće is a year-round settlement with its own local life, where mountain visitors and residents share the same streets and public spaces.
The Brzeće–Mali Karaman gondola connects the settlement with the higher ski terrain, giving Brzeće a clear relationship with the wider Kopaonik mountain area. Outside winter, the forested slopes and village paths are part of the scenery, while the roads towards Brus pass through changing elevations and small communities. The mountain’s national park and its viewpoints lie farther up the massif. Apart Hotel Kopaonik remains grounded in the setting of Brzeće itself, with its address at the foot of the mountain. The combination of village surroundings and access towards the high plateau defines its position in this eastern part of the Kopaonik region.
